Who Are We?

My name is Andy Burbidge and I set up Easy Energy Assessments to offer a simple ‘no hassle’ service providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) and energy saving advice to local customers in Wiltshire.

There are of course many other EPC providers to choose from within the market but we are large enough to do the job but small enough to care.......and to offer that very important personal and friendly service.

Customer Service

I truly understand what good customer service looks like and that ‘Customer is King’, having spent 25 years with the UK’s Nos1 supermarket working from shop floor to senior managerial positions in Operations, Marketing and Customer Service in both it’s UK and International business.

Qualified Domestic Energy Assessors

All my Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA's) also have the same qualifications and share my personal professional ethos..........otherwise they certainly can’t work for me!

Insurance

We are fully covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) and Public Liability Insurance (PLI).
